Lisa Wolf, MS, LCSW

Lisa Wolf earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University in 1989.  Lisa offers her patients an accepting and empathic place to talk about their lives. She believes that feelings and thoughts impact mood, adjustment, and anxiety and integrating past experiences with coping strategies is critical in how individuals learn to deal with their present and future. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to your needs. Strategies may include insight oriented psychodynamic treatment, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mind-body techniques such as relaxation & mindfulness-based stress reduction. She has extensive experience working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and loss.  She also is certified by Rutgers University (2019) to provide Clinical Supervision of graduate students.

Susan Wolf, LPC

Susan Wolf received a Master of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University in 2005, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary in 2010 and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2016. 

Susan believes that people long for meaning and relationship in their lives.  Her desire is to help individuals and couples find both purpose and clarity through the therapeutic experience.  Using reflective feedback in conjunction with a positive, Person-centered approach, she helps clients build upon strengths, identify maladaptive patterns of behavior, and learn to make healthy choices.   Foundational to a successful counseling relationship are the qualities of trust, non-judgmental acceptance, genuineness and compassion.   Together, in a safe and nurturing space, Susan will assist in navigating Life’s current challenges, while addressing  past experiences, and empowering  self-acceptance.  Susan works with individuals of all ages, couples, families and groups.  She offers treatment in personal struggles, pre-marital and couples counseling, divorce care, sexual issues, conflict resolution, faith-based counseling and issues surrounding sexual and domestic abuse.  She is  Level I and II-certified in EFIT (Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy) and has completed Level I Clinical Training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Part 1 of DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) Intensive Training with The Linehan Institute.  Susan is also currently pursuing certification in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and uses primarily this modality for couples counseling.
